EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order, under our authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act, to Mo-Dad Utilities, LLC located in Prairieville, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of NPDES Permit Number LA0081418. Violations include, but are not limited to, improper operation and maintenance of the wastewater facility and failure to properly remove and dispose of solids and vegetation within and around the treatment plant. The AO requires Mo-Dad Utilities, LLC Â Southwood Village to return to compliance with its NPDES Permit.
