On October 28, 2011, Region 1 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (Docket No. CWA 01-2011-0097) under which the City of Easthampton, MA, agreed to pay $6,000 penalty for failing to submit and timely submit annual report(s) under the NPDES General MS4 Permit.
