This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA issued to Supervalu Holdings, Inc. dba Supervalu Logistics for the violation occuring at the Phoenix, AZ facility. The violation involved failure document deficiencies identified during the required three-year compliance audit had been corrected, as required under 40 CFR Part 68.79(d)and Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA.
