Respondent violated a previously issued AO (SDWA-02-2010-8004). AO was issued to address violation 40 C.F.R. Part 141, Subpart U, Stage 2 Disinfectant and Disinfection Byproducts Rule (Stage 2 DBPR), for failure to monitor in accordance with approved standard monitoring plan.
After further information was presented to EPA about circumstances that prevented the Respondent from completing the requirements of the AO, EPA withdrew the complaint, approved a new SMP and issued AO Docket no. SDWA-02-2012-8001.
