On September 9, 2011, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Yeti Enterprises, Inc. (Yeti) in Portland, Oregon. On August 16, 2010, Region 10 received information from the Oregon Department of Agriculture about two products produced by Yeti. EPA determined that, ÂThat Stuff Molds and Mildew Control Formula, and ÂThat Stuff Plant Wash SpiderMite Control are unregistered pesticides; therefore, their sale and distribution is a violation of FIFRA.
