Potentially responsible party (PRP) 85 Industrial Park II, LLC signed an Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (AOC) for a removal action at the 85 Industrial Park Site located in Dover, New Hampshire. Pursuant to the AOC, the PRP has agreed to perform additional sampling, analysis, and characterization; removal of hazardous substances, if necessary; disposal of soil and water to an EPA-permitted disposal facility, if necessary; clear vegetation and debris; and backfill excavated areas with clean fill and grade as necessary. The AOC has been fully executed and has an effective date of September 16, 2011.
