Time-critical removal action related to a release of contaminants, including pentachlorophenol, diesel range hydrocarbons, and lube oil range hydrocarbons, at a site owned by four PRPs as tenants in common. Groundwater, surface water airborne particles and direct human contact are all pathways of concern.
