Respondent is the producer of Frontline flea and tick control products for pets. On July 27, 2009, an inspection was made at DHL Global Forwarding in Foreign Trade Zone in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Jose G. Flores, acting as a forwarding agent for the Respondent, was found importing for export various Frontline products. Violations included: failure to file Notices of Arrival and Foreign Purchaser Agreements with the EPA, and misbranding.
