On December 20, 2013, the Department of Justice lodged a Consent Decree (CD) with Oregon Door Company (ODC) in the District Count of Oregon to resolve Clean Air Act and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act claims relating to ODC?s operation of a door manufacturing facility in Dillard, Oregon. The CD assesses a civil penalty of $50,000, and obligates ODC to comply with the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Surface Coating of Wood Building Products (Subpart QQQQ) and obtain a Title V air operating permit from the State of Oregon.
