On September 30, 2011, EPA issued an administrative complaint seeking penalties against Fluoresco Lighting and Signs ( Fluoresco ) in Tucson, AZ. EPA's allegations against Fluoresco include: (1) storage and treatment of hazardous waste without a permit; (2) failure to make a hazardous waste determination; (3) failure to close containers; (4) failure to maintain aisle space; (5) failure to perform weekly inspections; and (7) failure to manifest PCB waste
