This Federal Facility Compliance Agreement is to address noncompliance at Department of Interior Schools under the Clean Water Act, the Emergency Prepardness and Community Right-to-Know Act, and the Toxic Substances Control Act. DOI will implement an environmental complaince auditing program and an environmental management sytem, designed to improve environmental practices at all of its Bureau of Indian Education schools.
