Respondent, Constructors, Inc. owned or operated the Valentine Pit, a commercial sand and gravel facility located in Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico. An Administrative Order is issued for violation of the Clean Water Act which were identified during an inspection conducted by NMED on December 08, 2010. The alleged violations include, but are not limited to: 1. Failure to maintain control measures and make necessary repairs. 2. Failure to conduct routine weekly facility inspections. 3. Failure to collect storm wate samples for quarterly assessment.
