Respondent, Sangre de Cristo Gravel Products, located in Las Vegas, San Miguel County, New Mexico, violated the Clean Water Act. The violations were identified during a February 15, 2011 inspection by NMED and include, but is not limited to failure to apply for and obtain permit coverage under the NPDES General Permit. EPA initiated the appropriate enforcement action to address the Respondent's noncompliance with the NPDES storm water regulatory program.
