On June 12, 2012, the Region issued an administrative complaint against developer Albee Realty Trust (ÂAlbeeÂ) and against Trustees Lawrence Hill and Brian McCann, for discharging stormwater associated with industrial activity without a permit. The Respondent is developing a 7 home subdivision in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, (ÂMountainview EstatesÂ). The site is approximately 20 acres in size with a disturbed area of 6.75 acres. EPA observed RespondentÂs failure to implement and maintain adequate erosion controls. Respondents agreed to pay a penalty of $24,000.
