EPA filed a CAFO that both initiated and concluded a FIFRA administrative enforcement action against Scot W. Pollack d/b/a CLEANSOURCE of Londonderry, New Hampshire for allegedly violating federal pesticide reporting requirements. In lieu of penalties, the settlement requires the establishment to cancel its pesticide-producing establishment registration and to not produce pesticides or re-register its establishment for at least five years.
