Penalty: The Respondent is an association doing business in the State of New Mexico operating the Village of Mora wastewater treatment plant that discharges to the Mora River. The Respondent was in violation of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The Respondent is subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA).
