On February 7, 2012, Region 1 filed an Administrative Complaint and Compliance Order against Bradford Printing and Finishing, L.L.C. of Westerly, Rhode Island for violations of RCRA. The company failed to properly manage and store hazardous waste at its facility. The Order requires Bradford to achieve compliance with all applicable RCRA regulations at its facility within an EPA-imposed time frame.
