On November 22, 2011, EPA Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order to initiate and simultaneously resolve an administrative action filed under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 with Frazier Industrial Company. EPA alleged that Frazier Industrial Company, a manufacturer of structural steel storage racks located in Pocatello, Idaho, failed to submit a timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Form (ÂForm RÂ) for 1,2,4 trimethylbenzene for calendar year 2009. Frazier Industrial Company has agreed to pay a penalty of $4,100.
