On October 20, 2011, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order that resolved FIFRA violations by Grange Cooperative Supply Association (Grange). Information collected by the Oregon Department of Agriculture during a January 14, 2010, inspection of Grange in Central Point, Oregon, showed that they sold and distributed the pesticide Super 90 Â 440 Spray Oil as Super 94 Â 440 Spray Oil. These are two different registered products that have a different concentration of the same active ingredient. Grange violated FIFRA by selling and distributing a misbranded pesticide product. Grange agreed to pay $57,040.
