PPM Services, Inc. facility has been issued a Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order stating facility was in violation of FIFRA Section 7 U.S.C. of 136e(c), and 40 C.F.R. of 167.85(d). This violation states that it is unlawful for facility not to file annual report for 2010 which was due 03/01/2011 as required by above regulation. Penalty was accessed in CAFO letter dated 11/22/2011. Penalty paid 12/13/2011. Case closed.
