The facility was inspected by EPA Contractors on July 18, 2011 and the Inspection Checklist was reviewed by EPA enforcement staff. The contractor noted there was a failure to retain records of release detection. EPA reviewed the information and concurred. EPA issued a Field Citation from the desk.
