Quest Chemical Corporation was in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA which states that the distribution or sale to any person of any pesticide which is misbranded in that the label has a statement, design, or graphic representation that is false or misleading is an unlawful act. January 4, 2012 a CCAFO - Complaint Consent Agreement and Final Order was issued to Quest Chemical with a penalty for this violation. Penalty was paid 2/3/12. Case Closed.
