Respondent failed to submit a 2006 Inventory Update Report form for a chemical substance as required and misreported production volumes for three additional chemicals in violation of the IUR rule. Pursuant to section 15(3)(B) of TSCA, it is unlawful of any person to fail or refuse to submit reports, notices, of other information as required by TSCA or a rule thereunder. Respondent has a greed to pay a civil penatly of $61,382.
