Respondnet failed to submit a 2006 Inventory Update Report form for four chemical substances as required in violation of the IUR rule. Pursuant to section 15(3)(B) of TSCA, it is unlawful of any person to fail or refuse to submit reports, notices, of other information as required by TSCA or a rule thereunder. Respondent has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $74,535.
