EPA has issued an administrative compliance order for injunctive relief to the respondents, AIM Georgia, Polo Development, and Mr. Joseph Zdrilich for a violation of the Clean Water Act Section 404. The respondents failed to obtain a CWA Section 404 Permit from the U.S. Corps of Engineers prior to mechanized land clearing and grading the wetlands adjace to Burgess Run in Poland, OH. The Order requires the respondents to restore approximately 0.885 acres of forested wetland on the Site to its previous condition.
