On March 14, 2012, Region 1 filed a Clean Water Act Expedited Settlement Agreement (Docket No. CWA 01-2011-0103) under which the Town of Medway, MA, agreed to pay a $1,500 penalty for failing to submit and timely submit annual report(s) under the NPDES General MS4 Permit. Medway will also complete a rain barrel purchase and distribution supplemental environmental project valued at $5,600.
