Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order with Fish Breeders of Idaho, Inc (Respondent) to settle violations of its NPDES permit issued for discharges from their Catfish Farms aquaculture facility (Facility). The Respondent has agreed to pay a $15,000 penalty. The violations noted at the Facility include permit limit exceedances and improper reporting.
