On August 16, 2011, Respondent self disclosed under the Audit Policy to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 2 (EPA) violations under Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) for hazardous waste characterizations regarding unlabeled 55-gallon and 1-gallon containers; under the Clean Water Act (CWA) Spill Prevention Control Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) for failure to keep contact information in the plan current; and the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Underground Injection Control (UIC) program failure to inventory a septic tank. Based on information provided EPA has determined that the facility meets the conditions of the Audit Policy for 100% elimination of the total gravity-based penalties.
