Soil Mender Products is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(A)(2)(N) which requires facility to file its annual report for 2010 by March 1, 2011. EPA filed Complaint and Consent Agreement with Final Order penalty due in 30 days from file date of January 31, 2012. Penalty was paid in full February 3, 2012. Case closed.
