On May 30 2012, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order for Clean Water Act violations by Dila Dairy, Inc. Dila Dairy, Inc. violated OregonÂs NPDES CAFO General Permit by discharging pollutants to waters of the United States in violation of the terms and conditions of the permit prohibiting such discharges. The terms of the settlement requires Dila Dairy, Inc. to pay a penalty of $10,000.
