This is a referral to join a nationwide judicial enforcement action against Costco for violations of the CAA Stratospheric Ozone Protection Provisions. EPA-Region 9 is the lead region in this matter. Costco operates 13 warehouses in Region 1 in the following locations: Brookfield, Enfield, Milford, Norwalk and Waterbury, CT; Avon, Danvers, Dedham, Everett, W. Springfield and Waltham, MA; Nashua, NH and Colchester, VT.
