Region 10 reached settlement with Rhodes International (Rhodes) for violating the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) by failing to properly report the storage of ammonia at its facility located in Caldwell, Idaho. The Caldwell facility produces frozen bread and other bakery products. Rhodes failed to file Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Forms with State Emergency Response Commission, the Local Emergency Planning Committee, and the fire department for calendar years 2006 through 2009. Rhodes agreed to pay a penalty of $84,484.
