Facility was issued with an administrative compliance order to require a storm water hydraulic/hydrology (H/H) study for the site, a hydraulic analysis of their wastewater treatment plant, and a change in storm water collection and treatment. Facility has not reported any additional unpermitted storm water discharges through NPDES outfall 002 since October 2011. The injunctive relief estimated costs involve purchase and installation of two pumps and H/H study.
