On 1/19/2011, the EPA conducted an EPCRA 311/312 compliance inspection at this facility based on a referral from the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). During the inspection it was discovered that the facility had anhydrous ammonia on site in quantities greater than its minimum threshold limit (MTL) of 500 lbs. for calendar years 2007 thru 2010. Tier II forms for ammonia had not been submitted for these years. The first Tier II form submitted for this facility was done on 1/19/2011 for calendar year 2010.
