Respondent violated the RRP Rule by failing to provide written notification of renovation activities, failinig to post signs clearly defining work areas, failing to cover the ground with plastic and failing to contain waste from renovation activities to prevent releases of dust and debris. Respondent has agreed to come into compliance with the requirements of the RRP Rule.
