This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order. EPA alleged violations of the CAA National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Printing and Publishing. EPA also alleged a failure to obtain a Title V Operating Permit. Suddekor LLC agreed to pay a penaly of $118,600 to settle EPA's action.
