Respondent discharged dredge/fill material into waters of the US w/o a permit into four (4) sites: Tracts 4 and 5, Evergreen and Rebecca Plantations. Respondent shall pay $20,000 to settle the violations. Fill amounts: 8.39 acres in Evergreen; 0.94 acre in Rebecca; 0.48 plus 3.16 in Tract 4; 4.28 in Tract 5.
