On November 28, 2012, the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon, the United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware, executed an Order approving a bankruptcy settlement agreement between the United States, on behalf of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and Hussey Copper Ltd. and Hussey Copper Corporation (ÂHusseyÂ) in connection with the Breslube-Penn Superfund Site (the ASite@) in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, Hussey will grant EPA and allowed claim of $300,000.00 towards past costs incurred at the Site. The entry of this settlement agreement in combination with several past judicial settlements brings the total recovery of costs at this site to approximately 99.9%/.
