Summary

Pursuant to Section 309(a) of the Clean Water Act (CWA), EPA Region 10 has issued a compliance order by consent to the Princeton-Hampton Water & Sewer District (District) located in Princeton, Idaho for violations of the CWA. From the spring of 1980 to the present, the District has been discharging pollutants without a NPDES permit. On July 28, 2008, EPA received the District’s Permit application. The compliance order requires the District to monitor and record their discharge until they are issued a NPDES Permit.
