On September 12, 2012, Region 10 entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement in connection with an EPA SPCC Inspection of the Vigor Industrial LLC Facility in Portland, Oregon that occurred in August 2011. During the inspection, it was determined that Vigor Industrial had violations at the facility, including a deficient SPCC plan, poor housekeeping, and lack of engineer certification. The terms of the settlement required the respondent to pay a penalty of $2,100 and correct all found violations within a 60-day time period.
