This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent ( Settlement
Agreement ) is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Respondent Honeywell Specialty Materials, LLC. This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of removal actions by Honeywell in connection with the property located at 5371 Highway M-26 in Lake Linden, Torch Lake Township, Houghton County, Michigan, the Former Calumet & Hecla, Inc. Power Plant Superfund Site.
