THIS ORDER IS BEING ISSUED IN ORDER TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH FROM POSSIBLE FECAL AND OTHER BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION. A sustained loss of water pressure occurred when a wildfire disrupted the power supply and damaged homes on the system. The Order required alternate water during the outage and special testing to ensure safety when service was restored.
