On September 11, 2012, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) that resolves violations of NESHAP, Subpart CCCCCC Â Gasoline Dispensing Facilities by CityServiceValcon, LLC, near Lewiston, Idaho, on the 1863 Nez Perce Indian Reservation. CityServiceValcon, LLC violated NESHAP, Subpart CCCCCC by unloading gasoline into storage tanks at Nez Perce Express (a tribally-owned gas station) without a vapor balance system in place between January 10, 2011, and January 13, 2012. CityServiceValcon, LLC, agreed to pay a penalty of $48,000.
