Summary

This is a Compliance Agreement between EPA and the Pacific Battleship Center ( PBC ) in San Pedro, CA, regarding a vessel called the USS Iowa. The USS Iowa is an old PCB containing vessel being used as a Museum Ship. There is another Compliance Agreement between EPA and the Navy.
