EPA conducted an inspection at a Bed Bath and Beyond store and identified Monster 1200 System offered for sale. The label had pesticidal claims and the package included 24 Clean Blast . Sale or distribution of any registered pesticide for a use substantially different than what it was registered for is a violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(B).
