This settlement and Order on Consent for Removal Action by Bona Fide Purchaser is voluntarily entered into by and between the United States on behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency and Singatse Peak Services, LLC under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Libability Act of 1980. Under this Settlement Agreement, Purchaser agreese to the performance of a removal action at or in connection with the Anaconda-Yerington Mine site in Yerington, Nevada.
