EPA identified violations of Shenango, LLC's Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit (FESOP) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutnats for Iron and Steel Foundries, 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZ during an inspection on April 16, 2012. The administrative compliance order required Shenango, LLC to conduct PM and PM10 testing as required by the FESOP by no later than September 1, 2012 and required that Shenango, LLC begin submitted semiannual compliance reports as required in Subpart ZZZZZ.
