Respondent submitted late Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Form R or Form A reports for acrylic acid, ammonia, butyl acrylate, certain glycol ethers, ethyl acrylate, ethylene glycol, methyl methacrylate, sodium nitrate, styrene and zinc compounds for calendar year 2009. The reports were due July 1, 2010. The required reports were submitted to the EPA on November 1, 2010.
