Pendleton Grain Growers, Inc. (PGG) has violated FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(L) by submitting late Annual Pesticide Production Reports at least twice in the past five years. The PGG facility located in Pendleton, Oregon, (EPA Establishment Number 033390-OR-002) failed to submit the 2008 Annual Report by the March 1, 2009 deadline. A Notice of Warning was issued in 2009 which notified the company that a civil penalty would be issued if they submitted another late report in the following five years. The 2011 report was submitted after the deadline and was not received until April 19, 2012, after another Notice of Warning was sent to the company. The EPA worked with PGG to bring their establishment into compliance according to Section 7 of FIFRA and to provide the necessary information to minimize future violations.
