Primeland Cooperatives, Inc., a division of CHS, Inc., was in violation of the �Pesticide Management and Disposal; Standards for Pesticide Containers and Containment� (Rule) at their facility in Worley, Idaho, by failing to comply with the secondary containment portion of the Rule. Upon notice of non-complicance, Primeland Cooperatives took immediate action to remove the bulk repackaging process from this facility. Primeland Cooperatives is no longer producing pesticides at this facility and is aware of all the requirements of the Rule if they decide to produce at this facility in the future.
